Project Execution on Turnkey Basis
We have , Design, Fabricated / Manufacturing & Supply of Steel storage tank with 15KL capacity for storing Hydrochloric Acid shall be provided with FRP lining to counteract corrosion. The Dish ended Tank shall be saddle mounted and oriented horizontally on concrete pedestals. The Tank will be provided with suitable nozzles as required for fitting valves and other accessories as per the project requirements. The Tank has been checked against volumetric and duty requirements and shall be provided with internal stiffeners. The inside walls of the tank shall be provided with FRP Lining applied following all the necessary preparatory operations and shall be executed by expert applicator.
Surface preparation to be done by manually by Hand sundering machine thoroughly for the surface Preparation of tank Fiber Glass chopped strand Mat shall be used density of 450 gm/m2 and Isopthelic Resin shall be used. Surface Mat shall be used for final lamination and finally resin coating shall be done. Spark testing shall be done for the continuity test and any leakage test.
